Tanzania · 30,000 km² · The Greatest Show on Earth
The wildebeest migration. The lion prides. The silence of the plains at dawn. AT ONE places you at the centre of the world's greatest wildlife spectacle — privately.
The Ecosystem
The Serengeti-Mara ecosystem is the oldest and most intact grassland ecosystem on earth — spanning 30,000 km² across Tanzania and Kenya. It hosts the largest overland migration of any mammal species, and supports over 70 large mammal species and 500 bird species.
AT ONE navigates this ecosystem zone by zone, season by season — placing you exactly where the action is, in private vehicles, with guides who have spent decades reading the land.

Southern Serengeti
The Ndutu plains erupt with life. Up to 8,000 wildebeest calves born daily. Cheetah, lion and hyena hunt at extraordinary frequency.

Central Serengeti
Herds begin moving north-west. Lush green plains, dramatic skies. Far fewer visitors. Exceptional photography light.

Western Corridor
The migration reaches the Grumeti River. Crocodile-filled crossings in a remote, rarely-visited zone. A hidden spectacle.

Northern Serengeti & Mara
The apex of the migration. Wildebeest plunge into the crocodile-filled Mara River in one of nature's most dramatic acts. Witness it once and nothing else compares.

Eastern Serengeti
Herds stream south again through the Loliondo corridor. Short rains bring fresh grass. Elephant calves and impala fawns everywhere.
The Residents
The migration draws the world's attention — but the Serengeti's resident wildlife is extraordinary year-round.
