About This Zone
The Ndutu Plains in the southern Serengeti transform every January into the greatest nursery on earth. Thousands of wildebeest calves are born daily on the short-grass plains that stretch to the horizon. Predators are in a frenzy — cheetah coalitions, lion prides and spotted hyena clans hunt without rest. This is one of the most emotionally charged wildlife encounters ATONE can offer.
